Healthy Food Options: Power Breakfast Shake

People often ask me how I stay healthy, basically what do I actually eat.

Healthy Food Options 1 : Power Breakfast Shake 
Organic Bananas (1-2) 
Organic Peanut Butter (1 Tablespoon)
Organic Hemp Protein Powder (dash)
Organic Maca Powder (dash)
Spirulina (dash)
Thrive Mushroom Blend (1/2 teaspoon)
Organic Cacao (1 Tablespoon)
Organic Chia Seeds (2 Tablespoon)
Homemade Hemp or Almond or Hazelnut milk (7oz)
Organic Hemp Seed Oil (6 drops)

Instead of "milk" try coconut water. 
My favorite is this one. Coconut water espresso
Freeze your bananas! Use instead of ice cubes
